Opportunities vanishing

Uncovered truths

Seconds feel like an eternity
A step forward, the moment I feel my emotions

Crying seems to be the only way to process grief
I feel alone, even when I am surrounded by people

Distorted voices
Cryptic metaphors
The thin line between
Nightmares
And reality
Blurred

A moment of joy
Is short-lived
Another step forward
I plunge into a deep mental abyss

Screams, not mine, or are they?
I am going insane…
Or am I already?
At least sorrow is a constant


How can I face my past
When I am not understood
By others?

Another internal split later
At my last gasp
With all my hatred
I accept my fate and the fate of my only loved one
